Flared, three tiered skirt two inches above mid-knee, pants and shorts with no side seams have elasticized waistlines. Purchased trims. Topstitching.
Suggested fabrics: Soft or Crisp fabrics: Batiste, Challis, Chambray, Broadcloth, Seersucker, Calico and Eyelet. Not suitable for obvious diagonals. Additional notions required: TOP – five 10mm buttons, ½” bias tape single fold, ¼” wide elastic, ribbon. SKIRT, PANTS or SHORTS – ½” wide elastic, ribbon.
