M6741 1963 Reversible, four gore, flared skirt may be wrapped at front and tied in back, or may be wrapped at back and tied at front. One side of skirt may have front insets and pockets which may be outlined with jumbo rick rack or folded braid. Same trimming is then used on lower edge of skirt. Carriers at top of skirt for tie belt.
