This is a vintage Butterick pattern, no. 5161, that makes a quilted lion sleeping bag. I have seen the critter coverlette patterns and this is similar. You applique the lion head. The finished bag measures 29" wide by 63" long. It has side zipper closing. This is an uncut pattern.
